Our Union, in collaboration with the Goodyear Fire Department, have been the tip of the spear in cancer preventative measures. From clean cabs to fire stations designed to minimize risk, we continuously seek to raise the bar and keep our members safe.

Organizational Collaborative Process
The Organizational Collaborative Process (OCP) is our version of a robust and comprehensive labor/management system. A fundamental component of the OCP is to collaborate on any items that may turn into working conditions issues. We work with our Goodyear Fire Department management counterparts to identify gaps in our service and ways to improve.
